**** Service

I had a debit order go off, and have been trying to reverse it for two days now 🤬😡 I had a loan from FNB, which I settled ahead of time (another issue in itself that) but they still went ahead and took money from me still for said loan. When I asked that it be reversed I was told that I had to pay a debit order reversal fee (ridiculous) and then transferred to the debit order desk. Despite being 1st in the queue I have been waiting service for 2days now.
