Even one star is far too good a rating. My card expires end October 2020. THAT'S TOMORROW FNB!!! I was informed that a courier would be in contact with me to deliver a new card. I called the call center just now to enquire about the courier, in which I was very snottily advised that the courier MIGHT contact me next week. In the meantime I can't do **** with my finances. What type of service is this?! Even if at all man. Sies!
