Wha a joke right, I must go to ombudsman for something this bank can't fix its absolutely ridiculous i can't understand this ,to resolve my Query they gave me a old response -really after dealing with 12 *********** agents and 6 departments -imagine no one can remove a Debi check from my account i have two -so to insure that both don't go off i asked for them to remove one -they refusing to do so -this is simple how *********** are you -Please don't think I will allow this incompetence to continue -disgusting -never have I has issues like this with other banks
