I got a very excellent service by a friendly lady at Vereeniging branch by the name of innocentia molefe. I had issues witg my account but she managed to helped me with opening a savings account so that i can save for rainy days. She is very well trained when it comes to making sure that customer leave satisfied at fnb. Love her
