I visited the Centurion branch yesterday around 11:30a.m. to get bank statements, I was told by a lady at the counter (no name given) that it would cost R13 a page to print, but I could print it myself and bring it in for them to stamp. Today I went to the Postnet at Saxby Centre and printed it, costing me R108 in total. I then went in to the Saxby Branch to get it stamped only to be told they cant accept or stamp bank statements I bring in, it has to be printed there and it will be free of charge if printed on there printer via online banking. I fail to understand why I have wasted 2 hours of my life to get something done which could have been done the first time had the correct information been given. I have now paid for something the bank should have done in the first place, and driven out additional petrol I didn't need to had the information been given to me correctly in the first place. Its now 2 days and I still don't have stamped bank statements. Really FNB?
