Received an SMS informing me that in future credit card accounts will not be sent via email and it will be necessary for me to go into web site and download myself. Really?? Fortunately there are other banks and I will be closing my FNB account which I have had for many years.

17 Jul 2020, 09:16Hopefully the issue regarding emailing of statements has been resolved, however, there is another issue. I have had an E Bucks card for as long as I have used the credit card, and of course one does not regularly check to establish what E Bucks have been allocated over a period of time. I now discover that my card is no longer 'registered' and no amount of E Bucks is shown. How much value has been eradicated in the meantime by removing the E Bucks from the connection to my credit card, where I normally rack up thousands every month?
