30th November they didn't deduct for my h/loan( I had more than sufficient money in my account). I received a message to say I need to pay immediately. When I chat I was rest assured by the consultant that it was a technical glitch on their side and it will in no way affect my credit record or even ebucks rewards. Today I just checked and I didn't qualify for ebucks. Who decides not to deduct and then penalises you when it's their fault
