My mom went to pay accounts for me and my mom asked someone to help her at the atm to deposit money and a woman from fnb to help her and this woman just stood there and said its a self help she must do it herself after my mom repeatedly asked her to help her because she cant do it. My mom made several faults and this woman just stood there at the end my mom went to the teller to pay it in. This is one of the reasons I am closing my account with fnb. So disgusted.
