I always enjoy coming to the branch and be assisted by a person who knows what customer service is, someone who always puts themselves in the customers shoes and that's Innocentia Molefe from FNB Vereeniging. She always give good service,she gave me a warm welcome and assisted me with my banking app as well. She never gets tired of smiling and explaining till one fully understands.
