Unbelievable the bad service that i am recieving from FNB. Ive been waiting for 3 weeks for them to send me my money. Last response i recieved from them was a week ago. Since then apparently my investigator and her supervisor had went on holiday and still no response to any emails. I mailed again today but nothing happens. This is utterly shocking...

24 Nov 2023, 19:18It's insane how all these promises get made yet no one acts. I was promised to at least have my money back by this morning. But there goes another week. And still no issue has been resolved. On top of that I don’t get a response from any investigators as to why my relationship is being terminated. No one wants to put it in writing. Guess the next step will have to be the Ombudsman.

29 Nov 2023, 15:33So even after my message here and my emails to multiple people at FNB I still have no response. And no idea as to where my funds are. I am genuinely very disappointed but his terrible service. Probably the worst customer service ever.
