Service

I was at fnb vereeniging and was assisted by Lerato Molefe, I was there for a card replacement. The system was giving her issues but she managed to assist me very quickly and educated me about the fnb banking app, how I can save and insure my family. I closed my old account and only use the easy zero but because of the service and education I received from her I'm definitely coming back and want to be assisted by her. I closed the old account because i didn't have any knowledge about some of the products but now I'm fully informed. Her service was outstanding
