Received an excellent service from Unathi Maqubela in Ngcobo branch today,she was the first person I spoke to,her warm and friendly attitude made it easy for me to speak to her,I initially came for a new card,but ended up re instating my funeral policy thanks to her and she also downloaded an app for me while I was still waiting,thank you Unathi and team Ngcobo.
