Seriously very annoyed with complete lack of service again.

Why can no one help me get hold of FOREX. I have spoken to 7 people between 8am this morning until now, holder on, cut off and told me one can help me? FNB you need to really step up your game. Time and time again you dissapoint people in need of assistance. I want to know why you have not cleared my FOREX meant yo assist for food and electricity etc, and you holding onto it over an Easter weekend from Wednesday already. This is not a joke.
