Seriously?

I have been trying to obtain assistance from FNB bankers for the last two weeks towards adding a credit card account on my existing banking facilities. I am sorry to say, but your fancy "award winning" chat platform does not help much, and the online application/quote platform kicks out the wrong information. I have submitted various "secure chat" requests for assistance - your promises of follow up have not materialized. This morning I reached out to your bankers, but after being put on hold for ages I cancelled the call. I am now reaching out to other banks for assistance - maybe they will take me seriously...
