Serious late of communication from FNB on all fronts. Branch, Head office, online secure chat, online complaints

FNB closed my account but didn't notify me (I've looked for correspondence but can't find any), but accepted a deposit into the same closed account. What would you call that misappropriation of funds? Waiting for a call back from Kgonego from yesterday morning
