Serious lack of Service!!!!!!

Absolutely shocking experience. This once fantastic organisation has failed terriblely with migration into the digital game when it comes to service.

I opened an account more than a month ago and still cannot access my app or funds due to non verification bull****. I've been to multiple branches and all fail to advise of this ****, so not I'm stuck cant pay suppliers, staff or do business on my account because there is no human intervention in this matter.

It took me 5 visits to the bank to find this out and still won't be able to access anything for the next 7days.

My last query was submitted and still have no feedback after 6 months. Pathetic!!!!!
