Serious concerns about FNB bank.

After one telephone response regarding a' serious matter ,I newer heard from the bank again . Complaint Reference ***NF.

I am not sure why as the matter involve a' substantial amount of money. The bank's representative agreed to re solve the matter however no communication from my side is rep**** apon.
