Sequestration and Rehabilitation

My queries have still not been resolved and my attorneys require the CREDIT OMBUD, all credit bureaus as well as FNB and Nedbank assistance still. FNB reloaded 2 accounts which were opened before sequestration and falls within the insolvent estate again after date of sequestration and rehabilitation. They are blatantly refusing to acknowledge the effect of section 129 of the act and I do not know where to get the necessary remedies against these creditors.

FNB did receive their dividends from the curator and confirm once is received they will remove my name on all credit bureaus and till date it is NOT done.

Nedbank and FNB still show on my credit profile although my attorneys have been through the credit Bureaus and CREDIT OMBUD offices to dispute the information as well.

Please can you assist me by removing these 2 creditors and clear my name on all credit bureaus as this is ************** and I am already rehabilitated and Section 129 of the Insolvency act is now applicable. I started with a new estate and can’t be discriminated on because of the insolvency of my previous estate. I am rehabilitated and want to go on with my life.
