SENT PILLOR TO POST JUST FOR KYC DATE UPDATE!!!!!!!

All my life been with FNB but this time around i am sent pillor to post like a headless chicken just for KYC date not being changed regardless of my documents submitted Friday 12Nov 2021!

3 escalation’s just for a single thing to be changed! Mind you have to wait 24 hours for every escalation! Ive used my petrol running to fnb branch and my own airtym phoning Forex to sort this out!

I think its high time i move away from FNB! Loyalty means nothing to them
