Sent from Pillar to Post on credit card limit increase and still in the dark

Spoke to 3 different Bankers on Secure Chat, Called 4 different numbers just to apply for a limit increase on my credit card and being given different pieces of information with regards to how I can process something as simple as a limit increase. It's so frustrating that you cannot get 1 uniform answer and moreover, I am sitting here clueless on how I can get assistance. After a day and a half speaking to multiple people and attempting all the options advised, I then get told, there is no application in the system. Speechless.
