Sent from pillar to post

I've had a query with the collections, credit card and the outbound temp team departments since back in April. I was offered a credit card in March by Thabiso Maake in the sales department and shortly after that I've had countless escalations with FNB. On the call he advised me that I'll be paying a fixed amount by debit order on the credit card, however every month after that I've had FNB sending me sms's and calling me to inform me that my account is in excess. April I got a notification saying I owe so I made a payment, beggining of May I got notifications and calls saying I owe and eventually asked to speak to a manager and she made an arrangement for me. 23rd May the debit order went off as per agreement only to get notifications and calls again informing that I owe. I took the initiative to call them and enquire and I was told some strories that contradicts to the initial agreement I had with Thabiso. Every month the debit order goes off, however I still get notifications. I spoke to 1 agent that advised me why my account keeps getting into excess. I've made more than 20 calls to FNB, got sent from 1 person to the next and 1 department to the next to date. No 1 seems to know
