Sent from department to department like a ping pong ball

In December, FNB randomly emailed me that one of my cards does not have up to date FICA info. I provided them with the info required almost immediately.

On 21 February (with no contact from FNB since December), they emailed me and sms'd me stating that my card has been suspended. I frantically contacted FNB via email stating that I have emailed the required info in December. They rep**** very quickly, asking for additional info. I gave this as soon as I could.

On 26 February I have still not heard back, with my card still being suspended, so I phoned the premier department. From here everything just went south:

The premier department couldn't assist, transferring me to the card collection department

After literally an hour on phone waiting for someone to answer my call (whilst also leaving numerous messages) I gave up and phoned the premier department again.

This time they said they still require the same info for FICA purposes, advising that I rather mail it to her (the adviser) directly so that she can sort it out for me with the KYC department. I did this, but haven't heard back from her.

On 27 February the card collection department finally called me back. They advised that they can't help me and transferred me to some other call centre.

This call centre said they couldn't help me and said it is definitely with the card collection department and transferred me back.

They then said that it is definitely not with them and this time the lady was extremely rude and tempered when I very politely asked to make sure it is not with them as I have been transferred so many times now. She was so rude and unpleasant I just said fine, transfer me back to the client care department. She also said I must press 1.

I pressed 1 and got to someone who couldn't help me and said no I must press 3, sending me back to the queue.

I pressed 3 and landed with someone who spent at least 10 minutes investigating the situation. She came back and advised that the card is still not FICA'd and I must send the documents AGAIN to KYC. I explained very politely that I am now EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the service so far. I also told her that even though none of this is her fault, I beg of her to mention the bad service to her manager (especially that received from the card collection department). She advised that she will follow up with the KYC department and contact me later on the 27th. I have not received any feedback yet....

I am truly appalled by the service. Please reactivate my card!

Thanks for noting the complaint. Please can you reactivate my card as soon as possible. Why is this still not sorted out? If there is anything I can do to speed up the process, let me know and I'll do it, but I am completely in the dark here! My card is still inactive and this is causing serious headaches for me.
