Sent claim request 2 months ago ?!?

<p>I have sent my claim forms in two months ago and got a reply mail stating that someone will get back to me within 48 hours. After 2 weeks sent a mail to fnb asking what is going on as I have not yet heard anything from them. A week later they then sent the claim forms to me again ???? I filled the forms in again and sent them AGAIN for a second time. This time did not even get a response email as the previous time. Two months has passed since my initial claim form was sent and I am now tired of waiting. Even when I phone the phone just rings ???? I have been an FNB client all my life and never experienced this from FNB !!!</p> <p>Can someone please contact me to sort this out PLEASE !</p>
