Senseless communication re debit order cancellation

Such confusion between departments leads to me receiving so many emails and SMSes and automated phonecalls eventually that I cannot keep track.

eg "• FNB :-)Transaction failed. R450.00 unsuccessful payment to ..........Ref.Unpaid. 21Nov 15:29" - does this say a debit has been reversed? Does it say that something is not working as it should?

eg "a subject line like this "Subject: CRM: ********** ********** 7" containing one sentence like this "

Thank you for your email. Kindly be advised that the debit order has been reversed." Which debit order? No details.

eg leave a message for Premier Banking while online at their website gives a response that they will get back to you within ***, but as matters escalate after NOT receiving a response and I begin to send further messages, I end up with all this receipt confirmations but I have no idea what each one was about. Where is original text of MY message?

eg and the usual - "We will call you back" huh ? Really? Bernadette???

eg receiving message saying can I call you, and the the long automated computer-voice call (that cannot pronounce my ordinary name) asking me if I want to reverse the debits but AFTER they have already been done, announced as 'transaction failed"

I have tried to bring this senseless communication to the attention of senior staff but no ways can one get past the unbreakable defence of the Help Desk, even though they promise to raise the matter.

I used to really like you FNB - now I have tolerate you.

Forgot to mention the debit order warnings that do NOT say what I should do about them. No telephone numbers no options. Then trying to find a IVR number that would get me to a department who knew how to deal with this unhelpful message ....... !!
