SENIOR CITIZEN CANNOT GET HELP

I logged a complaint as non of my emails were answered. Then I get a message FIRST NATIONAL BANK would be in contact with 5 days to resolve. No call instead a legal call from FIRST NATIONAL lawyers demanding money. Did get the statements . So we back to the beginning just with legal lawyers. AS A SENIOR CITIZEN I AM GOB DMSCKRD
