Sending complaints since Aug 2016

<p>My husband and I have sent numerous complaints since Aug 2016 regarding his Overdraft fees. Firstly, his R57 overdraft fee forAug, Sept, Nov and Dec 2016 was not reversed. That is R228 so far. The interest on his Overdraft was also not credited to his account except for 2 months. Ive sent complaints as well as my husband, contacted his private banker re this on many occasions and this is where we still are. </p> <p>My husbands ebucks reward level is also another issue. He uses his overdraft at 40 to 100% capacity EVERY month and does not get rewardedfor it. He has also signed for Wesbank vehicle finance on 23 Feb and was assured by the Wesbank broker that ebucks points will be awarded. I have just checked, there are no points allocated for using his Overdraft nor any points awarded for his Wesbank loan.</p> <p>We are so fed up with Fnb....</p>
