Sending account to legal even though case has been reported to the ombudsman!! Such a disgrace!!
Absolutely hopeless bank!!! Leandre Botha requested me to email my arrangements to her, which I did. She never responded to my emails thereafter. I reported the incident to the ombudsman and they still go and send my account to legal??? What the hell is wrong with you people???

30 Oct 2020, 19:43Nobody called me. I had to get a private clients consultant to transfer me and there the banker told me that he’ll send a request to his team leader to call me. Nobody called back so I can see you guys actually like the idea of complaints being submitted to the ombudsman. What kind of attorneys do you hire if they can ask me to contact the ombudsman and tell them everything is okay when it’s not??? You guys need to wake the hell up
