Selling Product Under False Pretense.

First National Bank (FNB) sold me Fusion Cheque Account under false pretense. I was on a Platinum Cheque Account. They have called me to sell their Fusion Account and told me the benefits of having Fusion account as compared to Platinum Account. Because of the information provided to me about benefits of Fusion account that i would not have #Item Unpaid charges 120.00 for each failed on my account I was happy to take this account which i agreed to move from Platinum to Fusion BUT after few months information provided when they were selling this account turned to be false. Whenever i happen not to have enough funds for some debits to go through FNB charges me 120.00 for each failed debit even though the same company may try to debit 3 times in a week FNB will charge 120.00 X 3 = 360.00. I chatted to their always occupied team of bankers who took forever to assist. i am thinking of moving my account to another financial institute as i am not receiving any good from FNB. They lie when selling their products to you.
