Selling on false pretense.

Worst bank ever. I was told I would get 6 month free banking, they debited my account on 3rd month, I queried the transaction on 26 April 2026, they promised to reverse the money back, I asked for a reference number they told me there's no reference number, 3 days later I asked about the progress of the refund, the demanded a reference number they never gave me, the consultants left the chat, till today there is no refund or update. I have proof of conversations to back my story. Of there was an option to upload here I would.
