Selfish business ethics

I had a funeral policy with FNB for my sister. When I my sister passed on😭😭😭😭😭 my claim was declined.... On a voicemail they left me they told me that there was 9 days before the policy was out of the waiting period 😭😭😭😭 and never heard from them after that....
