Selfish and don't care about clients

I had two accounts with FNB and moved everything due to how slow and pathetic they are. I had an outstanding temp loan that I have now paid up through GL attorneys, once again FNB are very fast to call you and ask for payments even on months that you have paid, but to get a paid up letter from them is once again just a nightmare. This reflects on my credit record because you are to slow to send verification to GL attorneys. Why are you admin processes so slow when clients need something, but when you need something it is extremely efficient.
