Self taxation from FNB?

Good day. I have notice a lot of people talking about this self taxation emails, and can not see any replies on them. I also got an email with an FNB attachedment asking to fill the form if I do not want to I can leave it but then there might be a change for my account to be freezed. Is this true or is this phishing? Can you please confirm.
