Self service should be SELF SERVICE

So acknowledging (without understanding, hoping to get clarity) that on Wednesday's FNB opens at 09:00, I wanted a bank statement with my personal details which can only be obtained on line but also require a stamp.

So here am I logging onto my Internet banking profile to print it off from the \self service\", select the dates I require and print: only when look into the compartment where my statements should come out: I notice there's an orange flashing light. That can mean anything i.e.: out of paper, paper jam, etc. without the luxury of time: I had to leave.

Now I ask what's going to happen when the printer error get sorted? Someone will have my statement since printer puts everything in the queue until an error is sorted.

I will never use Braamfontein ever.

Frankly I'm disgusted with FNB Braamfontein.
