Selective details changed

<p>I got married in October 2015. In the beginning of 2016 I went into an FNB branch and requested that my surname and address be changed. It took forever, but eventually we were reassured that it was done. Yesterday I downloaded my bank statement for the purpose of purchasing a vehicle. Imagine my surprise when, after looking at the bank statement and over a year later, my surname has been changed, but my address still reflects the old address from nearly 5 years ago!! Come on FNB! I refuse to now go into another branch, waste another few hours of my life and have this taken care of AGAIN when it should have been done correctly in the first place! I want this sorted out ASAP!!!</p>
