<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p>My name is N. Sookbang-Naidoo. My bond account is ***. I bought the premises in 2013 and I have rented the premises since April 1st 2014 to Mrs. Meera Naidoo. The tenant decided to stop paying the rent in August/October 2015 and March 2016 onwards. The tenant wanted to buy the house and put the offer in August 2015 but her application did not go through.</p> <p>Since then the tenant tried to buy the premises within her capacity regardless the value of the house and the outstanding bond remained. She stopped paying completely because we could not come to any agreement even it is my full legal right to reject because we did not have any agreement between us. </p> <p>Therefore, we paid SLR Attorney to evict the tenant and the eviction was granted on Thursday, November 10th 2016. I have been taking local bank loans in Bangkok to do overseas transfers to cover the monthly bond more than a year while I also have to cover my living expenses and roof over my head and my family in Bangkok. </p> <p>As per the judgement, the tenant can stay till end of Jan 2017 without having to pay anything for the next few months in which I feel it is very extremely unfair to me who have been bearing the huge financial losses. </p> <p>I am desperate and seek for the assistance and advice from FNB Home Loan if the bond payments for 3 months, Nov, Dec and Jan can be paid up toward end January when I receive my RA in a lump sum amount after my birthday of January 2nd 2017. </p> <p>One main reason is that I can no longer do another local loans as per my basic. I already hit the maximum. Additionally, I only get 1/3 of Rand from the conversion causing exchange rate losses (1Rand = 2.98 Baht). I am truely struggling.</p> <p>From Feb onwards, I already appointed our agent and conveyance attorney in Cape Town who will process the sale of the house on my behalf. I also have no worry regarding the fund because my RA is able to cover the monthly bond very easily. RA payout will be kept in South Africa and in my FNB account. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have informed many people at FNB in the past months when I was in contact for the overdue and when I knew the tenant did not pay in. Please kindly contact me via email if the bank can accept the settlement of 3 months (Nov, Dec and Jan) bond in end January. I should not have any more problem with the payment thereafter since my RA is paid out on that side. Thank you.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
