Security/staff are rude

Standing in a que adhering to social distancing. Just watching security actualy help people jump the que. Cant ask why cause I am told they have a job too do and I dont know what has to happen.

Most pathetic service yet. I am sitting waiting the ticket system is ****ed up people have come in after me and left already and I'm still sitting. I will be looking at moving to another bank

Its funny. It would appear here are a few big shots of sorts busy trying to arrange renovations. So FNB cares more about their look than their clients.

How rude is your security staff. I just watched one of the security get very rude with a client because he asked why the ticket and numbering system was calling people up that just walked in

Ok so I am listening to security tell a lady they will help her now so she does not have to wait longer. *** what about the pregnant lady. What about booth 5 and 6 assisting people that have been pushed ahead of the rest of us. Does security now run FNB
