Security priorities all wrong

I sent my private banker an email inquiring about 2 entries on my current account that I know nothing about. I expected an email reply, instead I get someone phoning me on a public holiday offering to assist but needs my card no. I then get asked by computer voice to enter my card pin no on my phone. For a query on my account????

I do not punch in my pin no on my phone. Your lady phones me and asks me security questions. How do I know she is from FNB? it is an 087 number. How can I verify her position?

I am not happy.
