Their security is so **** me and my fiance were hit with *****. We opened a case and some of hers were sorted, with a R9000.00 lost but all of mine were ignored and now within 2 months my fiance got hit again. I was treated like a suspect and ignored by the ***** department so i feel like i was not treated like a customer but a *****. So after this im closing my account and so is my fiance

15 Oct 2022, 12:05Went to report the ***** at the bank and the manager told us that my fiance will probably not receive all the money that was taken due to it being withdrawn which is not right as she didn't do it and even though their is ***** on my account aswell im not bothering to do anything as the last time nothing was done with regards to my account but my fiance was helped so im still gonna close my account and go to another bank that will treat me like a customer and not try pass the blame onto me
