Security Guard was not at his post when my card was ****** and this is now my fault

FNB declined my claim and will not reverse the *****ulent transactions.

FNB likes to blame the victim of *****. Listen to this: I am the ONLY one that is allowed to use my card. In what world do you live FNB? We really needed groceries and my mother and brother went to buy it. I was in Pretoria.

My second issue is that the guard that was supposed to be on his spot close to the ATM was nowhere to be seen. Only after all the commotion he pitched up. If he needed to relieve himself, why don't you have 2 guards at an ATM FNB? If he was where he should've been, this would not have happened.

What if my mother was seriously injured FNB? Not too mention the fact that she is so traumatized after this whole thing

I will continue this venture as this is completely unacceptable.
