FNB Secure Chat is a Joke..... you ask a question then you get a message "you will be routed to a banker to assist" the END Chat ( by the way they delete this so no one can see and there is no proof) Try again Now you are no 13 in the queue ...... nothing End Chat - info missing just after it comes up on the app. Now you are speaking to Thuso ...... nothing - hello I resend my request ..... nothing ignored Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Why do they even have this type of SERVICE
