Security Breach

I forgot to log out of my account on Friday when I left the office for the weekend, only to find myself still logged into the FNB Securities platform on Monday. I first check my account settings, which was set to log me off after 60 minutes of inactivity. I called FNB Securities only to be told that they'll raise the issue and i will receive a report back before the end of the day (this did not happen). I also tried to log into my account, only to find that my login details have been changed without my consent / request. This means I am unable access my account - being prevented from accessing my account in the event that I wish to trade is an absolute necessity!

To say the least, i am utterly disappointed. I have honestly gone from bad to worst when switching from FNB Share Investing to FNB Securities.
