security breach

I bought flight tickets online R15900 with my card and as always i entered the OTP, and my purchace was successful, A few days later the same amount was deducted from my account and via my CARD, i did not give any otp and i had my card so how could the money just leave my account, i called the ***** department they said i should contact my Private banker and he/she will reverse the funds because it is still in outstanding autharisation, Just to find after 5 months of upgrading my account I have no private banker, then i have to fill out a dispute form to dispute the transaction, DEAR FNB I WANT MY MONEY REVERSED TODAY AND I AM GOING TO FIND A BANK WITH INVINCIBLE SECURITY. this is appalling....AND PLEASE YOUR CONSULTANTS TO CALL ME BACK IBE BEEN WAITING FOR FEEDBACK SINCE YESTERDAY AND NON OF YOUR PEOPLE CALL ME, AND GUESS WHAT, I AM PAYING FOR A PRIVATE CLIENT RATES.
