SECURED CHAT THAT NEVER WORKS

I am sick of FNB and their secure chat that never work. You start a chat and wait for banker to connect with you for more than 30 minutes, only for them to send you an automated response saying that they have not heard from you there fore they will close the chat. Waste of time. So frustrating.
