Secure online chat
Secure online chat does not work. Responses from the "agents" takes forever. System unstable, connection to "agents" lost frequently and then another "agent" takes over and one has to explain all from scratch. FNB Secure online chat is a waste of time.

One can't change this to "email only" - the system does not allow you to.
