Secure Chats-A frustration👎

My impression is that the secure chat is intended to be a convenient and efficient way for clients to interact with banking staff and resolve queries. However, the frequent transfers between agents, long wait times and disconnection of chats are counterproductive to achieving a positive customer experience.
