Secure chat unusable

Secure Chat is pathetic. It keeps dropping you off, but expect you to hold on for long periods of time for assistance. Its really unreliable and the customer experience is extremely poor. It takes over an hour with multiple attempts to get a simple problem resolved that should not take more than 5 minutes.
