Secure chat service incapable and unreliable.

Duplicate transaction on credit card, no one in secure chat can rectify it. 7th person, 115 minutes online, no luck. Just going in circles. FNB service has gone down the drain, if they can't handle or fix such a simple issue, how can I trust them with my money and personal information? Very disappointed, time to move on after this.
