Secure Chat option no longer available on the App

FNB used to have this amazing Secure chat option to chat to a Banker. It is no longer available. When I try to chat on Secure chat on the App, then it tells me "No messages are available" I dont want to see messages, I want to SEND a message. Why is their option to send a message anymore? Now I have to call or go to the branch. Please contact me urgently
