Secure chat on FNB app even worse
<p>It's normally soul-destroying to try to conversing with FNB staff. Today I found that it's especially worse when using the secure chat on FNB's app. And it doesn't seem to be a language issue either - they seem to be well conversant in English. I asked the 2nd person I spoke to if she was able to see all of the history of the chat, and I expected a yes/no reply. Instead, I'm still left wondering if she could. Needless to say, I didn't get an answer to my question about my account.</p>
