Secure chat on FNB app a waste of time

<p>Firstly you have to wait for ages until someone responds, and then they don't actually answer your questions or respond to the issues raised, or provide useful/relevant information. This is after taking over 10 minutes to respond.</p> <p> </p> <p>I pointed out an error by FNB to them and then they tell me to report it to the complaints email address.</p> <p> </p> <p>And then they close the chat before giving me a chance to respond. I type another message and the next agent that comes online doesn't bother to read the comments above, and then just closes the chat without anything further.</p> <p> </p> <p>It would really help to be able to copy the chat, or to be able to have the chat emailed to you. This should not be a difficult thing to do!</p>
